Which routes are covered and what are your operating hours?

4Trans provides individual transfers across Ukraine and Europe.

We operate on popular international routes (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Moldova, and other EU countries), as well as custom routes tailored to your personal request.

We work 24/7 — regardless of departure or arrival time.

We adapt to your schedule and route.

How can I book a transfer?

You can book a ride through the booking section on our website or by contacting our manager via any messenger convenient for you, or by calling us.

To book, please provide:

  • route
  • date and time
  • number of passengers
  • any additional requests

We will promptly confirm your order and provide all organizational information.

What is the cost of a transfer?

The cost is calculated individually and depends on the route and vehicle class.

The price is fixed at the time of booking confirmation and does not change during the trip. No hidden charges.

Is there a prepayment required?

Prepayment confirms your booking. Once made, we reserve the vehicle, schedule the driver, and lock in the route specifically for your trip.

To confirm your booking, a prepayment of 40% of the transfer cost is required.

Payment details are provided by the manager when confirming the order.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the trip, 100% of the prepayment is refunded.

If the trip is cancelled less than 14 days before the departure, the prepayment is non-refundable.

Rescheduling / date change is possible up to 4 days before the trip.

Which border crossing do you use?

We plan all trips in advance.

The route and border crossing point are determined based on safety, current road conditions, and wait times at checkpoints.

If you have preferences for a specific route or crossing point, please let us know at the time of booking.

Minor changes are possible with the manager's approval.

Why is the driver sometimes changed during a trip?

When needed, we may carry out a professional driver handover along the route — not only during international trips, but also on long distances within Ukraine.

This decision is made for the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Can I choose my driver?

Our team includes professional male and female drivers.

If the gender of the driver is important for your comfort, please let us know when booking and we will accommodate your preference.

Do you provide child seats?

Children's safety is our priority.

We provide child seats and boosters at no extra charge, selected to match the child's age and weight.

Please specify the number of children and their ages when booking.

Can I bring my pet?

We are a pet-friendly service.

Travel with pets is available with prior arrangement.

When booking, please tell us:

  • type of pet
  • its size
  • need for additional space
