Public Contract
Please read the terms of service carefully before using 4Trans transfer services.

General Provisions
This Public Contract (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between 4Trans (hereinafter — the Company) and any person who uses the Company's transfer services (hereinafter — the Client). By placing a booking, the Client accepts the terms of this Agreement in full.

Services Provided
The Company provides passenger transfer services by business-class vehicles across Ukraine and Europe, including airport transfers, intercity routes, and corporate travel. The specific vehicle model, departure time, and route are agreed upon at the time of booking.

Booking Conditions
A booking is confirmed only after receiving written or verbal confirmation from the Company. The Client is obliged to provide accurate information: name, number of passengers, baggage, pickup address, and contact details. The Company reserves the right to decline a booking.

Payment
Payment is made as agreed with the Company: in cash or by bank transfer. The final price is fixed at the time of booking confirmation and does not change, except in cases of itinerary modification by the Client.

Cancellation & Changes
If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the trip, 100% of the prepayment is refunded. If the trip is cancelled less than 14 days before the departure, the prepayment is non-refundable. Rescheduling / date change is possible up to 4 days before the trip.

Liability
The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure circumstances. The Company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. The maximum liability of the Company for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transfer.

Personal Data
The Company processes Client personal data solely for the purpose of providing transfer services and communicating with the Client. Data is not transferred to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
